Precautions for installation of organ protective cover

Organ protective covers can be used horizontally, vertically or horizontally to ensure smooth operation and no noise. By using the raw materials with small thickness, it can be compressed to meet the requirements of the narrow working space of modern machinery. (Its stroke compression ratio can reach 10:1). The sliding property of the organ protective cover on the track can be improved by using a special slider. If the acceleration acting on the cover is relatively large, the simultaneous device can be used to make the cover stretch evenly.

The fixation of organ protective cover on mechanical equipment is very simple, and the accessories provided by the manufacturer can be used. In general, metal or plastic connection frames for fixing will be installed at both ends according to the requirements of customers.

(1) Height of standard folding surface: 15mm, 20mm, 30mm, 35mm, 40mm, 45mm, 50mm.

(2) The minimum distance between the guide rail surface and the shield of mechanical equipment is 5 mm, and the maximum distance is 10 mm.

(3) The size of the folded surface of the organ protective cover when it is opened is equal to twice the height of the folded surface.

(4) Th thickness of the compressed folded surface is 4mm.
